A Rich History Restored:
Paying Homage to the Past

Segue

Editorial Design

Segue, a historic broadcasting house in Budapest, was reimagined as a contemporary living space. The design brief was to create a compelling brochure that would attract potential buyers while celebrating the building's rich history.

A minimalist and timeless visual identity was developed for the brochure. Inspired by the building's unique architecture, a bespoke typeface was designed specifically for the cover. A retro colour palette, featuring contrasting hues of orange and maroon, was chosen to reflect the building's history. These colours evoke a sense of the past and future converging, highlighting Segue's enduring connection to its history while simultaneously emphasising its modern relevance.

The resulting brochure effectively showcases the property's stunning features while paying homage to its past, blending modern design with historical references to create a striking and informative piece that captures the essence of Segue.
